We hope that you are reading during your time off. Stop in to check out a book at Woodfield as a part of our Summer Reading program. Even better-- tell us about what you read and send us your post card! We can't wait to see what you've been reading this summer!
The Study Island website is also available to students year-round! This website has lessons and games reinforcing the concepts that have been taught each year in Reading and Math. We periodically check to see who has been practicing outside of the school day, and hope to see your name on our list. Go to www.studyisland.com to get started.

Click on each content area to find games and practice activities supporting each unit of instruction. Find the answer to Frequently Asked Questions about your child's schedule, homework, and other topics. Want to contact a teacher? Click on "Our Team" to quickly reach your child's teacher via email. We will be updating the information on this site as it becomes finalized so keep stopping in to see what's been added.
You are your child's first and primary teacher. We appreciate any information and insight you have about what motivates your child, his/her strengths, and goals that you have for him/her during this 2nd grade year.
